VERY first run in the UK of the HMX production car - FTQ and second overall at the highly competitive EWS championship with a totally kit built car plus a rear gear diff, optional front roll bar and optional black spring set - no other changes what-so-ever!

  

  

    
  
 

Mark was running his standard Team Corally RDX Phi/09N (2010/11 narrow chassis/straight arm kit)
Team Corally Pro/RED 13.5T motor, BD Speedo and Modeltech cells.
 

The pre-production kit has arrived in the UK and it looks the bee's! Production kits should e availble in the next few weeks.....

        

What can I say other than once you get over the understated elegance of the box, you pick it up and it feels strangely heavy, very odd! Open the box and there is a custom alloy case, wow! Very nicely machined chassis, typically simple manual and that case! 

  

Open up the case and there she be! A lot of parts, all neatly organised and bagged up, the customary Corally TORX driver tool provided, Corally teflon lube and Corally silicon shock oil to get you started. Take them all out to have a quick look, and it really does look good, Normal Corally high quality machined carbon parts and the alloy bulkheads, braces and towers are soo nicely machined and finished. Right slobbering over, now to get down to studying the manual and familiarising myself with all these new parts......

Remember this is a pre-production kit. The intial "dry" build almost completed....still have lots of measuring and checking and a few things to check before it's ready to race.....plus the custom outdrives for my rear gear diff conversion have not been machined for me yet!
